In my four years of studying in Malayan I never really
thought about reasons to love it in the first place. I just do. There never was
a reason to ask why or how much but now that I look back on it there are bits
and pieces that really stand out in my memories…
The Activities
There never was a dull day in Malayan. Everything is buzzing
with activities from all around: School activities, Class activities, Club
activities, you name it. From competitions to shows, it exercises not just our
talents and skills but also our unison as a team, as a family.

The Classes
I’m talking about every aspect of a class here. The
classroom is spacious and well air-conditioned. The teachers are well-trained,
informative and very well easy to get along with. The classroom activities are
never dull like I said a while back. The equipment used for robotics, computer science,
sports, biology, chemistry and many more are in good condition. We support a
non-bullying environment that helps us create a more study-inducing environment
and friends from all year levels.

The Memories
And all those little things that we do are the most
heartbreaking in the end. The laughs shared down the hallways and the tears
spent in the classrooms when going through a challenge, the excitement in the
gym during intramurals, the nervousness as the host announces this year’s
champion. The way everyone held hands supporting each other and how our voices
echoing through the room as we sing to a tune in Music Class all of those little
things would suddenly flash back and you realize that it’s not such a little
thing anymore. And I’m glad that I was able to savor it in Malayan.
